How do I measure my dog's neck?

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your dog's neck, snug enough to be secure but still allowing room for 2 fingers to fit between your dog's neck and the tape. This should be the length of your dog's collar. If you prefer a looser fit, test it with the measuring tape and use that length for your collar measurement. If you do not own measuring tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string against a ruler. If you are having difficulty figuring out the size of your dog's neck, please email us at support@tailmade.com.au before placing your order. 

Can you make other styles of dog collar?

We can make (almost) any paracord braid. If there is something specific you would like, send us a message and we will quote you with a price.

Can I order a longer leash than the one available on your website?

Yes, we can accommodate for longer leashes. Please email us with the size you would like and we will quote you with a price. Likewise, if you would like to customise your leash to make it hands-free or combination, please email us.

Do you make martingale/sighthound collars?

This is our most requested item. We will hopefully have these in the near future!

Do you make other sorts of dog toys?

Our tug toys can be customised to different styles. Please email us if you would like something special/different and we will do our best to accommodate to your preferences. Otherwise, be patient as we will have more styles of toys soon!
